“This is a medium-sized apartment building that was opened in June of 2016 and is managed by Goldleaf Development. It has modern apartments with underground parking (with a possible waiting list), balconies or patios, granite countertops, washer and dryer units, and up-to-date appliances. The apartments are quiet; I rarely hear my neighbors. It does have some light city noise from facing busy Campus Drive, but this is an advantage for me. The units receive swift maintenance by Goldleaf if needed, who also has been doing a great job with landscaping and upkeep for the building in general.”

The maintenance man was always super respectful and responsive to any calls or upgrades we had. I had underground parking which was kept clean and tidy. The only issue had was that the garage door opener batteries were running low. 10 out of 10 recommend!”
